In Spain, air or compressed gas weapons are subject to the legal control of the Administration, through Royal Decree 137/1993 of January 29, which approves the Weapons Regulation.
According to art. 3 of the aforementioned Weapons Regulation, these weapons are included in category 4.
To acquire this type of weapons according to art. 54.3 of the Weapons Regulation, “may be acquired and kept at the domicile, without any other procedure than the declaration of the sale, the type of weapon and the identity data of the acquirer to the Mayor of the municipality of residence of the latter, and to the Intervention of Weapons of the Civil Guard. ”
As for the use, they should only be used in approved polygons, galleries and firing ranges.
According to regulations, our weapons work at 24J in the output by mouth.
